H&M coat | Zara sweater | Citizens of Humanity jeans | Alexander Wang pumps (20% off!) | Forever 21 bag
I’ve never been one for resolutions. I’ve always found them to be overwhelming and ultimately guilt-inducing. If you want to do something, don’t wait for the New Year to do it!
But for some reason this year is different; I want to set intentions, and put good things out into the universe, because that’s really the first step in any kind of manifestation. Instead of resolutions, I will think of them more as goals and less as something to fail at.
This year, I will:
Sit quietly for a few minutes each day (no phone, no TV, nothing)
Appreciate the little things more (like making and then enjoying dinner)
Find new (and easy) recipes
Be kind to others (including myself)
Edit down my wardrobe
Donate clothes/shoes/accessories
Spend less, spend wisely
Do something that scares me
PS this will be me for the next few months… Happy New Year friends and cheers to a wonderful new beginning!
I love how simple and chic this outfit is. Great style!
Great photos and great intentions!
I love your outfit and I don’t think you could have come up with better intentions!
I’m doing my first ever giveaway (which I am super excited about), if you get the chance I’d love for you to check it out 🙂

Happy New Year! I’m lusting over those Alexander Wang pumps, and they look great paired with those citizens jeans. I will be following suit on your resolution to “spend less, spend wisely”!

That coat, those shoes! Great resolutions. Since you want to edit down your wardrobe and give away/donate them, why not consider donating to this new blogger? (only joking if the answer is no)

Those are some great goals! The first one is something I’m trying to do as well. Have you ever tried meditation? I just bought a book on how to start hoping this will help me learn how to sit still lol

I haven’t! I should try it.. Sitting still is hard, but so good for us in our fast paced world. Great tip!
