5 LIFE-CHANGING SKINCARE PRODUCTS

I’ve been meaning to do this post for a while now and I’m really excited to share my 5 life-changing skincare products. I’m not one to take that term lightly – I hate it when people throw that around in their posts – but I genuinely believe that these products have really helped my skin clear up and stay clear. As I said in the video, everyone’s skin reacts differently to different products, so please do a patch test with these products before jumping in.

Do you guys have any favourite skin products? Let me know below!

1. BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE P50 LOTION

2. THE ORDINARY SALICYLIC ACID 2% SOLUTION

3. THE ORDINARY NIACINAMIDE + ZINC SERUM

4. BENZOYL PEROXIDE 5% SPOT TREATMENT

5. POLYSPORIN AND/OR SKIN FOOD

BONUS: NIOD FLAVANONE MUD

This is one of my favourite masks to help clear up any breakouts I may have. It purifies with clay and also helps protect your skin. It can be strong, so again, do a patch test and leave it on for less than the recommended time at first. You can also use it as a spot treatment.

Great info! should you use the ordinary serum (#3) all over everyday or just when breaking out? I have sensitive skin and my skin is super dry but also acne prone.

I use it every other day, all over my face, but especially when I’m breaking out! Try it out and if your skin gets a bit dry, cut down on it 🙂

I like the Ordinary oils – squalane is been good! But I would talk to a dermatologist or esthetician who can look at your skin and give their expert opinion 🙂

I find sometimes with really bad ones when using benzoyl peroxide it helps to put moisturizing on first to help with the drying.

After removing makeup, use 70% rubbing alcohol to clean your face every day and wash your face immediately after. Will keep the face free from breakouts. Simple.
