I know you’ve seen a lot of the “2013 in Review” posts lately because, well, it is that time of year. But I do want to share some of my personal favourites from this past year, if for no other reason than as evidence to myself of my growth and that this year actually happened. I tend to think of my outfits as benchmarks in terms of my life. If something significant happened, good or bad, I can usually recount what I was wearing (or at least see it on the blog). I suppose it’s a physical manifestation of a memory, like the rush of emotions you can get while listening to an old song.

Anyway, this year has been a great one; full of change and excitement for me. I learned a ton and got to participate in some very exciting experiences: shooting with Jamie Lauren, starring in the Leah Alexandra lookbook, being featured in InStyle and People StyleWatch magazine, and becoming a Canadian brand ambassador, among others. Thank you for following along with me as I navigate my personal and sartorial journeys.

I’ve picked up some great tips and tricks along the way and looking back over these photos, I realize how far I’ve come with my blog quality and personal style. If you would be interested in hearing some tips and techniques from me, please let me know; I’d be happy to do a post about it.
