It’s pretty easy to stay in your comfort zone. Whether with respect to clothing or life choices, it’s where you feel most secure. But as my Mother recently reminded me, your life starts at the edge of your comfort zone. So, as shallow as it may seem, taking steps in the right direction sartorially can translate into more fearless decisions in all aspects of your life.

I’ve chosen to play with colour (or lack thereof) and proportions in an all white/cream look for some fearless fall fashion. Not only is it hard to pull off an all-white look from a sartorial perspective, but it’s also dangerous for me as a massive klutz. When wearing a monochrome look, be sure to either match the colours exactly or opt for tones that are sufficiently varied (as I did here) so as not to appear as though you tried and failed to match your pieces.
