I’m excited to finally share tthe second part of my at home workout: arms + chest (click here for part 1: legs). I worked out with Lara Marquez for about 4 months before the wedding, getting into the best shape I could. I love how good it feels to get strong and to go up in weight – don’t worry it doesn’t add bulk!
Start with a 5-min warm up to get your heart rate up – I like to run on the treadmill for a few mins then do sprints until I’m warm.

I do this routine once a week, along with my leg routine and ab routine. I find it easy to have this video on my phone in the gym and just follow the routine – it’s almost like having a trainer there. I also do cardio a few times a week – I like to do HIIT sprints on the treadmill to really sweat and get my heart rate up. I go for anywhere between 15-20 mins.
