As I write this, I am making stir-fry and listening to Tom Petty… I’ve been trying to keep up with my (one of many) resolutions to cook more. Unfortunately, I have no inherent culinary talents. Throw something together? Absolutely not. Without a recipe, I am quite useless. I am however, good with eggs. I can make a great omelet and poach an egg quite perfectly for an inept chef. Fun facts.
Speaking of dinner, this was what I wore out in Seattle. I call this my “editrix” look. I once saw (French Vogue EIC) Emmanuelle Alt wear something similar and fell in love with the simply chic and unfussy aesthetic. I cannot bear to hum and haw over an outfit these days and when traveling I try not to give myself the choice. I’m continually trying to whittle down my suitcase contents (I once took a 50 pound suitcase to Ontario. For a week. I know).
In my eyes, an easy, effortless and comfortable dinner outfit doesn’t get much better than this. And that beauty of a Wang bag cetaintly doesn’t hurt…
