The holidays are around the corner (I almost cannot believe it) and whether you love them or hate them, you’re probably going to need to know how to look good for some kind of party or event. I actually love doing makeup over the holidays because I feel like you can be a little bit extra (red! green! glitter!) and I did just that with my day to night statement makeup. I tend to choose one feature to highlight (eyes or lips), but am becoming more adventurous with makeup. I went with a statement eye and lip, and kept the skin natural and glowing.
I hope this is helpful! Be sure to tag me if you try out this look.

My Mom bought me the Bobbi Brown makeup for teens book when I was a young teenager and it was the catalyst for me falling in love with all things beauty. Bobbi did such a wonderful job of explaining makeup skills and the correct application – I honestly think this book is part of why I gravitate toward such simple, easy makeup looks and try to enhance natural beauty instead of covering up.
