Cutouts are tricky little numbers. Too big and they look… inappropriate; too small, it looks like you’ve got a rip. So when I saw how well Proenza Schouler did them on their SS ’14 runway show, I immediately clamoured to find something similar. Enter this Forever 21 dress (yes, dress). Dresses can be much more versatile than most people think, especially when worn as a top. I’ve done it before, and I’ll do it again. It’s like two outfits for the price of one.
