Can you tell what my staples are? Sometimes, I feel as if I wear the same things over and over. But that’s exactly what you want with a real closet staple: something you reach for when you’re unsure of what to wear. So when I was invited to see the Gatsby collection with a breakfast at the Tiffany’s store, I nervously stood in front of my closet- what do you wear to breakfast at one of the most iconic stores in North America? Apparently, I wear my staples: silk button up, black jeans, black booties and my trusty camel and leather coat. I wanted to look chic, but not overdressed as this was a West Coast breakfast event. Besides, the jewels we got to try on definitely upped the high-society factor.
