I cannot stop wearing these. They look as amazing with flat shoes (and sneakers!) as they do with heels and booties (see below).

2. 70’S STYLE BOOTS

I have my eye on these stacked-heeled booties in an interesting neutrals (yes, I consider snakeskin to be a neutral)…

3. HAT

A perennial staple in my closet, it’s the perfect way to add a 70’s vibe to a modern outfit.

4. SWEATER

This season’s shape is shorter and less oversized than last, which works perfectly with the more voluminous bottoms.

5. LEATHER BAG

Go for a rounder shape and in a buttery, warm colour instead of the usual black.

Can you tell I’m obsessed with this season’s take on the boho chic, rocker look of the 70’s? I’ve adopted this trend faster than a kid eating cake. I feel like I’ve finally found my look!

Most of these pieces are already in my (and probably your) closet, but I have yet to find the perfect pair of 70’s-inspired stacked heel boots (other than these splurge-worthy Isabel Marants). If you have any suggestions, let me know in the comments!

    Wow girl, you’re ability to create epic photos AND write beautifully about fashion is commendable. I really enjoyed this post and will let you know when I come across some boots. And yes, I am living in my culottes too.
